We do not allow smoking inside the premises and we apologize that we cannot allow pets to join your stay with us. Please remember to remove your shoes upon entering the Villa.
2. Health & Safety
The measures taken by Masaya Villa to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infections are derived from the government’s Basic Policies for Novel Corona Virus Disease Control and from programs to combat the spread of infections in our property based on the Act of Special Measures for Pandemic Influenza and New Infectious Diseases Preparedness and Response, and are consistent with the guidelines of the Villa. The contents will be adapted as needed according to the changes in future conditions.
Alcohol disinfectant is provided at the hotel entrances, cafe, facilities and common areas.
- We ask for your cooperation with this “new style of living” otherwise known as the “new normal.”
- Kindly wear a mask when entering the premises.
- Kindly disinfect or wash your hands frequently.
- Guests who feel unwell while in the Villa should immediately notify staff.
3 Reservation Changes
If you would like to change your reservation, you can make a new booking and then cancel the old one, or you can contact us by email at info@masayavilla.com
The guest is requested to notify us at least 4 days prior to the check-in date.
3. Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee is based on the date (Japan Standard Time)
- No-Show: 100%
- On the day of arrival: 100%
- 1 day prior to arrival: 50%
- 3 days prior to arrival: 30%
